Welcome to my website!
I am a researcher at the Cluster The Politics of Inequality at the University of Konstanz, where I completed my PhD in Sociology in October 2025.
My main research interests are social inequalities at work, home, and across countries. I research the consequences of flexible working arrangements, such as flexible scheduling and working from home, for work-life conflict, the division of paid and unpaid work, and gender inequality in Germany and Europe. I use longitudinal and cross-sectional data to answer the research questions.
Before joining the Cluster of Excellence, I completed my Master's at Free University Berlin in 2021. Alongside my studies, I worked as a student assistant at the Berlin Social Science Center, University of Potsdam, and Free University Berlin. I received my Bachelor's Degree from the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Moscow in 2018.Â
