Welcome to my website!
I am a postdoctoral researcher on the ERC Project FLIN: Families and inequality in a flexible world of work, at the Vienna Institute of Demography at the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
My main research interests are social inequalities at work and at home, and across countries. I research the consequences of flexible working arrangements, such as flexible scheduling and remote work, for work-life conflict, the division of paid and unpaid work, and gender inequality in Germany and Europe. I use longitudinal and cross-sectional data to answer the research questions.
Before joining the Austrian Academy of Sciences, I completed my PhD in 2025 at the Cluster of Excellence The Politics of Inequality at the University of Konstanz, Germany. I completed my Master's at the Free University of Berlin in 2021. Alongside my studies, I worked as a student assistant at the Berlin Social Science Center, University of Potsdam, and Free University of Berlin. I received my Bachelor's Degree from the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Moscow in 2018.Â
